Making Improvements
As you may or may not know Scarbrook recently became part of
the Better Homes Yorkshire campaign to improve homes in Yorkshire and make them
more efficient places to live.
The campaign uses 9 participating local authorities, taking
advantage of government grants to make homes across the county better and more
efficient for the residents. The scheme is open to homeowners, private tenants and
landlords, across the Leeds City region. The plan is to improve the quality of
over 12,000 homes within the first three years, and many more after that.
The improvements being made include the installation of
highly efficient “A-Rated” condensing gas boilers. That’s where Scarbrook come
